Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping

Bomb City Safes reserves the right to modify or change the shipping costs and method of a shipment at any time. We do our best to ensure items are shipped within a timely manner, but please allow 1-2 business days for orders/shipments to be processed. Items shipped LTL please allow 3-5 days for orders/shipments to be processed. Local safe delivery’s will be scheduled and confirmed by a Bomb City Safes team member, and a call will be placed prior to leaving the facility to ensure delivery is possible at the scheduled time.

 

Shipping Damage

Customers must take detailed pictures of any damaged boxes/products and write a detailed description of the present damages. Note: Shipping damage that occurs with an LTL shipment must be notated on the freight bill at the time of delivery for a claim to be processed. Once these required steps are complete, email us at support@bombcitysafes.com and the claims process can begin.

 

Wrong Item Received

All unused, unopened, uninstalled items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Special ordered items are non-returnable. Incidental returns received after the 30th day from your original purchase date will not be accepted. All products must be in original packaging and in salable condition.

 

Warranty Return

Bomb City Safes reserves the right to conduct a review and inspection of each warranty claim and to accept or deny any claim not meeting the manufacturer’s requirements for warranty. Bomb City Safes will not warranty products, which it did not sell, have been abused, mishandled, altered or used inappropriately. Warranty returns shipped back after the 15th day from the date of the RMA was issued will not be accepted.

 

Return Procedures

All returns must have a Bomb City Safes Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before products can be returned for credit or warranty consideration. Returns without an RMA number will be refused by our Receiving Team.

 

To initiate the returns process, email the required information to support@bombcitysafes.com and the returns/claims process can begin.

 

Upon receiving your RMA, return the items in approved shipping boxes, packed properly to prevent damage, and provide the RMA number to the outside of the shipping box.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of you, the customer. Once processed you will receive a refund for the purchased price minus both the shipping costs and any restocking fee applied.

 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Bomb City Safes reserves the right to adjust or modify the fee based on the return condition or deny the return altogether.

 

Returns will be rejected if:

  • The product is returned without proper authorization.
  • The incidental return is received back after the 30th day from purchase date.
  • The defective return is shipped back after the 15th day from the date RMA was issued.
